This hotel is clean, cute, and right on the beach, the room had a whirlpool tub and bath robes BUT...the walls are paper thin (you can clearly hear your neighbors and folks in the hallway), the rooms are TINY, the futon style platform bed is good for one night tops, the TV is tiny, we have yet to find 'The Spa', there is no restaurant, the staff was polite but not friendly, and we are still waiting for two wash clothes that we called house keeping for on our second night of our five day stay. The house keep staff spoke little to no English. We would not stay there again.

The Mimosa hotel was very cute!! Our room was small but how much time will you spend in your hotel room in Miami?! Our cleaning lady was lovely and everyone was really nice- we opted to get breakfast across the street from the NYC Bagel place which was delicious. They also don't have a bar but there is a liquor store across the street so we made our own drinks. Pool was freezing and not many lounge chairs but we still enjoyed it. Only thing we didn't like was the no balconies!

The hotel is small and rooms are ok and clean, but we did not have hot water in the hotel for two nights and it was december ... so we could not have a bath in the ocean! The breakfast was served only from 8 in the morning, that is really late if you have to leave early for travelling somewhere else, and it was really poor, without cakes or/and fruits. The second day, with the hotel full of tourists, they run out of yogurts at 8.15. The position is good, quite close to downtown but only if you have a car. Recommended if you have to stay a few nights.
