“Luxury at it's best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

The Setai is the best place to stay at when you visit South Beach. You definitely get what you pay for! The staff is very friendly and check in is a breeze!

I always stay in the tower and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are lovely, clean and comes with all the amenities.

Breakfast was A1...Probably the best breakfast I've ever had in my entire life! You have to try the speciality drinks at the bar. They are a must.

This propery has 2 pools, one for the adults and one for the family. Both of them are great.

This hotel is the perfect location since you are at walking distance from Lincolin Blvd!

See you soon & thanks for the wonderful service!

Stayed at The Setai for business. Lovely hotel - sleeping rooms in both the Art Deco building as well as in The Tower. The courtyard area is lovely - lit palm trees outline a lovely reflecting pool. The drinks are super yummy - the martin with the chili-infused vodka is a must! The breakfast buffet is top notch. The pools/area are lovely - adult only pools and one family pool. The spa and the gym were great too.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a courtyard view to avoid the noise from Collins Avenue.

Enjoying a month at the very elegant Setai in South Beach Florida. In a well appointed one bedroom condo attached to the hotel with added amenities of having all the hotel services. Our balcony overlooks a sand beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We are walking distance of many great restaurants as well as Lincolin Blvd as well as The New World Symphony concert Hall This is a great winter retreat.Food shopping at Epicure Mkt is fantastic but expensive.I

When you book 5* hotel and pay $1000/night you you do not expect that next to the pool area there is going to be a construction going on with high noises. LHW agent did not inform me that there is this kind of issues.

Spent the night at one of Setai suites and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Miami. Clean, beautifully appointed, well maintained property. May be lacking some polish, which still doesnt ruin the overall impression. Nice room, cosy bed, surprisingly good late night roomservice. Delicious breakfast. Perfect timing. Polite staff. Very much enjoyed, would definitely come back. The only setback was the view... at an ugly backyard and the hotel wall. But thats the Miami reality anyway.

The Setai (Miami Beach) is one of the best I have experienced in a few years. Disregard the reviews about management issues and high prices, this hotel is the real deal. I loved the service which was predictive, gracious and generous. I loved the food, which was perfect at every meal. I loved the other guests, who are hard-working folks just like me.

The grounds are amazing with their three pools of different temperatures, their clean wide beach chairs, and the littlest details that mean so much. The spa was an otherworldly experience. The architecture is amazing. I can't wait to go back....

Room Tip: There are two main classes of room - the studios in the historic hotel and the suites in the large m...

This is my favourite hotel in South Beach. The service was superb, free wifi,, the breakfast excellent in terms of quality and quantity, decent sized rooms and amazing shower.
The only small criticism would be the apparent lax security in the back entrance of the hotel by the beach, And the coffee could be improved.
