We are still dreaming of "Fire & Ice" which is a ceviche menu item. Cobia is marinated in blood red oranges, topped with a slices of fresh jalepeno, served on top of pear granita! The most amazing culinary experience ever!!! So glad our waitress who had worked at Ola for many years recommended it to us. Everything we ate was based on her recommendation, and all was so amazing. We want to go back to South Beach just to order Fire & Ice at Ola!
