My husband and I spent one night in Miami Beach on our way home from Key West. We ate at Nemo, and I must say, the food was AMAZING. I always love reading trip advisor reviews, and the ones on here were good, but none of them truly depict how great the food truly was.
First, we started off with the bread and dip--excellent. Great taste, very unique. The wine list was nice too, and we both enjoyed a glass. I went with the Chilean Sea Bass...words cannot describe how amazing it really was. I rarely eat sea bass, but from some of the past reviews, I had to try it. The sauce was out of this world. Hubby had the Snapper, and I tried a bite. He ate all of it, including the bed of veggies it sat on (he hates veggies, if that says anything about how great it was....I was even shocked!).
We splurged for dessert, and I am so glad we did. We shared the warm buttermilk donuts...sounded good, but they were so much more. INCREDIBLE, and the perfect way to end our meal. The donuts were sprinkled with sugar, and it came with a scoop of vanilla sorbet (I think) and a bowl of chocolate topped with bailey's. I would seriously drive back tonight just for that dessert (I'm in Houston). It sounds so simple but it may well have been the best dessert I've ever had at a restaurant. A MUST-HAVE if you go!
All in all, I loved this place. I definitely recommend it if you're debating on a place for dinner while you're in town!
