I am known to be a fussy eater and really picky - and not in a good way. I was going to go for a pasta dish, raviolli or gnocci or something, but I picked out 'Pollo Satimbocca a Romana' and it was just delicious. A combination of all my favourite ingredients, chicken, prosciutto, mozzerela, sage, vegetables - but the sauce was heavenly. My husband had grilled seabass that came out in a platter and was de-boned infront of us. The service was exceptional, and at times we had 3-4 waiters attending to us, when the food came or plates were collected. A fabulous experience, away from the South Beach strip which can get tedious after a few days. The restaurants along the strip are over priced for the food they serve, therefore we were delighted to have stumbled across this gem. A buzzing and vibrant atmosphere, some wonderful service and exceptional food.
