“Overpriced, lots of food with foam”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

We ordered a lot of small plates. Nothing stood out. Some of it was a bit odd, guess they get points for creativity. The brined martini is worth a try.

“Unique One of a Kind Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2013

Not just a meal. This is an eating experience. Tapas are indescribable. Eclectic romantic, artistic atmosphere. Very small portions. Very expensive. Delicious food with layers of flavor. Unlike anything I have ever tasted before. Fun to sit, go slowly and share with friends. They are small portions. We were two couples. Each plate is one bite each person. You don't go there to gobble when you are starved. Sip a drink, go slowly and the dishes continue to arrive slowly. The waiter recommends each person pick at least 4 and then share so everyone can taste everything. In hindsight, (we did not go this route) their chefs sampler for $125 pp is probably worth it. Example: Smoked oysters come in a glass dome that is lifted at your table and a poof of smoke comes out. The coconut rice arrives in in a coconut. It takes time to really decide what you are tasting. Delicious experience.

“Intense Flavors, Satisfying Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

The South Beach outpost of LA's Bazaar restaurant, located in the throbbing trendy SLS Hotel on Collins Avenue, could have offered high concept, glam-kitch hotel food. Instead it surprised the pallet with some of the most interesting and intense flavors of any restaurant I have experienced in some time. Featuring well prepared Spanish/Asian/Caribbean fusion food, this hotel restaurant got it right. I enjoyed Singaporean spicy peanut shrimp street food, Caribbean scallops with orange and fennel, and Spanish fried potatoes with tomato ailoi, followed by deeply rewarding dollops of dark chocolate cream doused with Iberian Olive oil, all washed down with a complex Temperanillo wine. Go and enjoy.

“Fun dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

Interesting menu with a variety of tapas inspired by world cuisine. Everything we ordered was delicious but the conch fritters were a favorite. The decor is beautiful and unique menu items make it a fun experience (cocktails made with liquid nitrogen).

“Amazing”

Great ambiance, perfect location, good cocktails and amazing food. Wild Mushroom Soup is a must and margaritas with salt air are definitely worth the try.
