We went for the Saturday brunch and sat outside in the lovely patio area. This was by far (agreed by all 4 of us) the most amazing brunch spread I have ever seen. They had no less then 20 types of pastry, unique pates, fish and meat dishes as well as numerous salads. Fresh cheese selections, veggies/fruit and all the traditional breakfast fare (omlettes, homefries sausage ect.). The prices were very good for south beach (tends to be pricey), each meal was $50 - including tip- and came with unlimited trips and 2 mimosas.
They portions out at a time were a bit small so they could replenish often. Which is nice for a buffet because things can get picked over. There were also people working at stations to help keep things tidy.
The service was great as well. They didn't make us feel rushed or pressured, we would have felt free to stay and dine all day. They were fairly slow because we went "early" at 11am, but I heard they are busy later on.
