I stayed 5 days at this hotel and i thought the time flew by!! This hotel was AMAZING. It's located in the heart of South Beach so everything is very nearby. The hotel was delicious-- yes pricey but it is a 4 star restaurant with a gourmet chef, So it's expected!!

The drinks were just as great-- so delicous! The staff was amazing! Everyone from the doorman, to the front desk attendant and the employees at the restaurant!

The pool on the second floor was amazing-- I love how you had the view of the ocean and everyone else on the strip right before your eyes! Only thing is that they really should have had more then one girl working both the pool & the second restaurant because since she was by herself the service was completly slow and took more then 30 minutes to just get the check!

I love how as soon as you entire the hotel you feel automatically refreshed-- especially after coming inside to such a cool looby w/ an amazing scent ( that i found out is actually put in through their venting system-- so not available for sale).

The rooms are amazing- a bit small but it has EVERYTHING you need plus an amazing view of the beach & ocean drive! I liked the fact that no doors seperated the bathroom from the rest of the room-- it gave it a more romantic touch if you ask me!

I also have alot of great things to say about their Spa treatments! My boyfriend and I both enjoyed their services. I had the slimming massage and IT WAS AMAZING! I've never felt my body more exfoliated in my life!

Point is there is not one bad thing to say about this hotel-- This would be my hotel of choice whenever returning to South Beach:

This hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazingly friendly and accomodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. The Vix restaurant was pricey and the food was average but the drinks were delicious! Only real complaint...as cool and different as the bedrooms are, the only thing that separates the bed from the bathroom is a white curtain and thats just ridiculous. Put a door in, please! Oh and some better lighting in the bathroom. We originally thought we might go back there but we have since spotted another hotel that we want to stay at, and we really do like bathrooms with doors better than those with curtains.

Surprised to read some negative messages coming from other visitors.
I booked 10 days at The Victor last May and I used my Hyatt Goldpassport points as a Diamond member.
First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Especially, two ladies from the restaurant where we enjoyed every morning a lovely breakfast on the patio, looking over the beach road.
Jaimara and Claudia really did all they could to make our stay as nice as possible.
The Hotel is located in the heart of everything @ Miami beach, interesting architecture, large pool on the second floor and two restaurants.
From our side, we would surely return and recommend this hotel to others.

We loved the Victor, especially the Spa! Usually, we stay in a Condo Penthouse but this time stepped out of the box and onto the Victor! I'll never go back to a Penthouse! We were treated extremely well, loved the room and totally enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back! It was a nice stop on the way to Rio and one I would welcome again.
