“Beautiful place”

Stayed at the Loews Miami Beach on a quick business trip. As luck would have it, the hotel suffered a burst pipe that day and lost use of rooms when it was already full, leaving those later arrivals (like me) without traditional rooms. The front desk staff handled the resulting chaos as well as anyone could expect and made a bad situation the best it could be. I was very impressed with the way that they handled the problem; one of the marks to me of a great hotel is not the absence of problems -- things happen -- but how the hotel deals with it when they occur. Dinner outside was lovely, with attentive, professional service. The public areas of the hotel are very, very beautiful, and I wish that I had been able to spend time at the pool or just reading in the lobby.

“once in a life time”

We started at the palms and things were messed up- we decided to walk to the loews and it became a once in a life time thing-- We had the best time we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we could not ask for anything more..Even the weather was great..Thanks for everything, things were just wonderful and everyone one was very helpful...We would recommand this hotel to everyone- the pools and hotels rooms were fit for everyone. Thanks again...

“LOVED IT!!! The best!!”

I love this place! It was my first time here and I want to go back for a longer stay next time. The place was immaculate, the staff was super friendly and the service was the best! We loved everyone that works there. They come around the pool every hour with a different treat for you! The place is the best! you will not be disappointed here. The beach is amazing. We had a room on the top floor with an ocean view (see pic) it was so nice to wake up to see the ocean every day! I want to move there. Say hi to Patricia at the pool bar for me! lol She makes kick ass drinks! We got a great deal on the vacation package section on american airlines dot com.

“We Love Loews!!!”

My husband and I stayed at Loews on SB for 3 days and loved every minute of it. The entire staff was attentive, polite and couldn't seem to do enough for us. Our room was on the 18 floor (surprisingly reasonably priced) overlooking the ocean and downtown miami, and we arrived at 9:00 Wednesday evening without a reservation. We enjoyed ourselves so much we ended up staying an extra night and would have stayed a second other than we had another hotel booked in Key Largo, it was the Jules UnderSea Lodge and we couldn't pass that up. We especially loved eating the frozen grapes & drinking the mini smoothies that were brought around by the staff while we were at the pool. Way to go Loews Hotel!

Stayed at the Loews the week of September 8th and it was fantastic. Jeff was a great bellman and was very attentive. The pool and beach were spectacular and JB makes a great drink at the Nautilaus Bar. A fun place to stay in Southbeach.
