This place is awesome. Right in the middle of everything and a beautiful hotel.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant there is delicious. If you want help with where you should go if you want different food ask for Claudia and she will reccomend you good places to go and eat.

I will reccomend this place to ANYONE looking for a hotel in miami Beach.

When i went to Miami it was my first time in the city. Indeed my destination was Miami Beach more than Miami, but i didn't know the difference back then. Once the lady at the desk (Michelle i believe) got to know that it was my first time she was kind enough to give me an amazing room, not that my initially booked room was bad or anything, but this one was bigger.
The hotel itself is clean and has been very recently renovated in a nice way. The rooms are cozy, comfy, and if you take a suite you will even have a kitchenette. It's exactly what you would need for a 5 day stay in the miami area, especially miami beach as its location is right on collins avenue and 14th, which is the heart of miami beach night and day life. Even without offering a breakfast option, with just cakes and juice, there's no problem, as there's the Sandwicherie two seconds away from the hotel. And the beach is 4 seconds away :) Oh and it was one of the cheapest hotels i booked through out the USA!
I would definitely go back there again !

When we arrived, the room was so tiny we had nowhere to put our suitcases, or to even move around!! It also had an air con unit that had no remote and was stuck on a temperature that was warm, and there was no way we could change it, or even turn it off... Apparently there was nothing anyone could do about this, so we would have to wait for the morning, then I took my shoes off and there was sand and dirt all over the floor and we hadn't been to the beach yet, so it wasn't from us!! The side table had filthy marks all over it that came off when I wiped it... When we complained we were told that they would make a note for the cleaners...
In the morning it went from bad to even worse, after a hot sticky night due to the air con being stuck on a hot temperature I was looking forward to a shower, when I turned on the shower the temperature felt fine, but when I hopped in it was scalding hot, and when I tried to turn the shower knob back to cold it went even hotter and there was no cold water at all... We called the front desk who at first she was friendly and tried being helpful, she was going to try to find another room, we waited for 20minutes and hadn't heard anything, I was still in a towel as I was waiting to have my shower... We ended up ringing again and she said there were no spare rooms so we we're going to have to wait at least an hour for maintenance to come and fix it... But she said she would keep trying for a room and see if there was anything they could do... We waited another 10 minutes and still heard nothing!! It took my partner going down to the front desk and demanding that we either get a refund or a new room... So much for no spare rooms, within two minutes we were moved to a new room!!!
Will not be going back here, as there were more problems in one night than we have had in our ten week trip!!! Service was well below average, all of the staff were extrememly unfriendly and you knew that none of them wanted to be at work!! Don't work in the hospitality industry if you do not want to deal with people!! If you like to stay in a closet, then I recommend this place, but it was not worth the hassle for us!!
Although the location was really great, so if you don't care about what kind of room you are in, then it will be fine for you...

We stayed for 2 weeks in hotel Delores. The staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located on a very nice place, close to the beach en close to the Art deco district. Our room was very big and comfortable, worth all our money.
