Great location easy to get to from the hwy. Lobby nice, elevators new clean and fast, hallways old dark and a little tired. Ocean view rooms decent size comfortable king bed and patio with good views of the pool and beach. Bathroom pretty standard ok size and reasonably clean. Front desk staff and concierge very helpful and friendly, maid staff fairly good however rooms are not very well sound proofed and can pick up a lot of outside noise at all hours. Parking onsite but fairly expensive and floods when there is a heavy rain fall. Overall based on the area and prices of other hotels it is a good value spot.

I'm a pretty picky guy! I think if you pay a lot for something it should be good! If you don't pay too much then "Get what you pay for!" This was not a bad deal so overall ok. We checked in and had Christopher, really nice guy, polite and I felt that I had to shake his hand after he checked me in because it was done very profissional! My wife and 2 small kids enjoyed our ocean view room, the bathroom had moldy ceilings in the shower, carpets seemed dirty and smelly and the beds, well it's a hotel not your own so pretty good for not my own! Juan the guy at the door arranged for us to get picked up for the morning cruise we were going on and again very profissional. The resturant was not much to look at but wow, the service was great and the food was awesome, dinner and breakfest.Overall it was nice, but it looks like they need to step it up before it gets too out of hand and run down.

Beautiful beach and access to the walkway. Nice pool, lobby, restaurant and bar. We'd just come from a week at a secluded bed and breakfast so the room seemed to have a LOT of noise from the room next door but they quieted down by 11 pm. We just got to stay for an overnight layover but I can see this would be good if you just wanted nice outdoor amenities and not to be all of the South Beach activity.

Very good choice, this hotel is well located and guestrooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, We want to Thank to Veronica Timpanaro, Executive Housekeeper and her staff for all the attention, help and for making us feel so comfortable
