Today we attending a tasting for an upcoming wedding. We were first greeted by Chef Richard who kindly introduced himself to us, and from there, we knew we were off to a great start. Yasmin, our coordinator, then joined us and had some cocktails ready for us to taste. Then came the ceviche starter, which was excellent. The rest of the dishes were all very delicious, from the chicken, to the eggplant parmesan to the skirt steak. The presentation of the dishes were of the highest level and the food was plentiful. The passion fruit panna cotta was the most delicious we ever tasted, which had fresh berries and slices of shortbread as garnishes. John, our waiter, was attentive and he advised us he will be working the day of the wedding. Chef Richard again came out to offer us his advice and Yasmin was great in guiding us from beginning to the end. She has a warm and engaging personality. She is easy to talk to, answered all our questions and was responsvie to our requests. We feel fortunate to be working with this team and feel confident and excited as we move forward with our plans.
