- Checkin was poor. Too be blunt, I thought the man was incompetent.
- Checkout was easy and fast.
- Do not accept a room on the main floor. Those can be noisy. The rooms in the back on the upper floors are quieter. If it had not been for drunken guests banging on my door, or screaming in the hall, or the hotel employee using his walkie talkie gizmo on high volume at 2AM we would have slept soundly most nights. To be fair, this hotel is quieter than other hotels on the strip if you get the right room.
- The air conditioner was tempermental., meaning that it regularly went off and had to be reset.
- I got the impression that the so called happpy hour complimentary drinks are non existant if you are not a pretty girl that flirts with the bartender.
- Housekeeping staff are friendly. They smile and say good morning.
- One day my room wasn't cleaned until 5:30pm and it wouldn't have been cleaned had I not asked the maid 2X
- No visible management presence.
- The bathrooms are a safety concern as the shower is an open concept, with the only drain on the other side of the 3 inch divider. The net result is that the bathroom floor floods and is slippery. I have no idea where the water is supposed to drain, unless its into the wall and floor, or your clothes if you leave them on the floor.
- Fairly new bathroom with some elbow room. Compared to other hotels on the strip, it was newer and roomier.
- No "bathrobes" in the room, which were advertised.
- Decent bed
- The Adult safety kit which provided condoms, lubricants and massage oils provided a laugh.
- Compared to other hotels on the strip, it's no better or worse. I fell for the hype on the website, but I learnt my lesson. No repeat stay from me. This is a hotel suited for college age types between the ages of 19 and 27.
