“Loved It”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013

Wife and I stayed for three nights. It is expensive but the quality and the service justify it. Food is very good, especially for a hotel. The Dirty Burger is the best burger in the world. Solid tacos at Ochos. Breakfast was great. Club bar is just the right amount of a scene without it being annoying. Live music or DJ most nights. Bartenders - specifically Ronnie and Lorenzo are the best. They make some unique and delicious cocktails. I highly recommend you try the OWC "one while changing" - bartenders come to your room an make you a cocktail. Also, Ally serving the pool is excellent. We'll be back!

There are many things to like about this famous private Club and hotel, but unless you are just craving to rub elbows with the not so rich and famous crowd by paying an "Up" price for the OUTs don't stay.

Room Tip: Don't stay in 15

This hotel is amazing. The decor is understated but elegant. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are filled with Soho house's own range of soaps and creams. It's conveniently situated on the beach. The service great. Food variety great. It's a fabulous place to have a really relaxing and pampered holiday.

Room Tip: Corner suite with the balcony off the bathroom!

my wife and i have just returned from our honeymoon and had 5 nights at the fantastic Soho Beach Hotel. Our bayside room was spacious , elegant and classy. they have the wonderful cowshed products and spa at the hotel to make it a bit more special. the pool was relaxed and chilled and a great environment. those that have stayed at the soho group hotels in london, new york, berlin etc will know the feel and the rules of the house. The staff were attentive and friendly, we met with Michael Ryan the GM who handled our requests perfectly. the bar food at the pool was great and a big mention to Ronnie the cocktail waiter who made our stay even more special. its up at 44th street so its the top end of SOBE but its easy to get around. cabs can be expensive but don't be afraid to take the bus, there is a stop 2 minutes from the hotel $2 per person.. all in all a great start to our trip. we will be back!!

Room Tip: bayside rooms are very spacious

Our second stay this year. You won't be 'wowed' by the hotel, the 'wow' hotels are abnoxious. Soho House excels customer service in every way. From the front desk staff, pool staff to gate attendants, they couldn't be more helpful or genuinely friendly. We travelled with an infant and they were very accommodating of our needs at all times (with the exception of Cecconi's which I can understand) lucky room and pool side dining is so damn good! We have stayed at many other South Beach locations and have visited all of the A List properties but the Soho House is the best pick for those who like personal interaction and good old customer service. The hotel was fully booked when we stayed but you never would have know it. Great pool and great beach. And if you don't want to mingle with the youngsters (kids) you can park yourself by the roof plunge pool.

Laurent, Tony, Fernanda, Bobby, Tony, Fabrizio, Will, Donald, Vincent, John Paul...these are just a few of the people that made our stay at the Soho Beach House absolutely phenomenol and beyond compare. If you want an absolutely superlative hotel experience with the perfect blend of luxury five-star service and easy/casual vibe this is the place for you. In the best way possible, this place is NOTHING like South Beach, but if you want the best in luxurious, secluded, magical surrounds this is place for you. From the food at Cecconi's, to the uber fantasic Cowshed spa facilities, to the lush a tropical poolside grounds you will be in heaven through and through. Book now and book long...this is Miami's greatest treasure!

Room Tip: As much as your budget will allow, go for that. Money goes a LONG way here in terms of room value.

I never been to other Soho House clubs but my girlfriend frequents ones in LA, London and NY. She loves all of them. The Miami hotel is excellent. The atmosphere of understated luxury is certainly the striking contrast with other Miami hotels in that price range. Stuff is young and friendly but very competent and one does not feel policed even if frequently asked if he is indeed a guest. Beaten up chairs are comfortable, background music and DJs are perfect everywhere, spa is excellent. Rooms are huge and sexy, especially ones with bathtubs. Food in the restaurant is very good and very light, wine selection is nice and not too expensive. Perrier-Jouët for $80 a bottle certainly helps any party. Guests were mostly from Europe. Delightfully windows were open everywhere, and one did not have to freeze in ridiculous turned to max air conditioning. Bars and restaurant are under open air and very spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Basically Soho Club gets my #1 vote in Miami. A New Yorker immediately feels at home there. The only slight drawback is that the pool during the day was inundated by children, but what can you do? Soho Club took some risk with the location but I enjoyed riding a bike or walking on the boardwalk south to Ocean Drive. It is about 2 miles away and it is a very pleasant walk if you need to get there for some reason.

Room Tip: Bigger rooms with bathtub are worth extra
