stayed here for 1 night. the loocation is very central and the staff was very friendlly and helpful. I had the smallest type of room which was really really small. basically just a bed, almost could not open my suitcase on the floor! fortunately I was alone. for 2 this type of room would have been really too small!,The room was very clean, .not get fooled by the "free breakfast" offer. it is only a "take away" type of buffet with pastries and coffee. ther eis no place to sit down and actually eat your breakfast! ,I would like to mention to the Maintenance staff and the Fast service to Open my Room and safety box......

This hotel is in a great location right on Ocean Drive and within easy walking distance of Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue. We used the valet parking for about $30 a day, although if you don't have a lot of luggage there are plenty of multi storeys you can use close by. We arrived before check in and our room wasn't ready so the staff took care of our luggage and advised us to get some lunch, when we returned our room was ready.
The happy hour on the roof terrance was great with amazing views out to sea. We also used the hotel beach towels and chairs and walked over the road to the beach.
Rooms are large but the view from balcony wasn't great. The bath towels are quite small and the hotel doesn't have a sign on the front making it tricky to locate. Also no swimming pool but with the beach so close it didn't matter.

Nice hotel in an excellent location! Thanks to all the friendly and great staff! In this Hotel you are IN Miami Beach! everything walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean, the complimentary breakfast, it's a very good breakfast that you take at the terrace of the Hotel with an excellent view. Resuming: great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, great value!

If South Beach Miami is your destination this is a great place to stay. The hotel has recently been remodeled. The rooms are large and reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and responsive.

There is a mandatory $18 resort fee which includes a continental breakfast, internet access and a beach chair and towels.

Breakfast is served outside on the roof of the hotel. If it is windy or raining this is a major problem. On beautiful days this is an asset.

Our first night we stayed in room 207 - it is a nightmare!! It is located next to the elevator equipment and the noise is unbearable. The bed is also tiny and has a dangerous wood bed frame (I banged my shins every-time I walked around the bed. I believe that this is the same for room 307. The second night we stayed in room 304 which is beautiful! The only problem with 304 is the loud music played by the restaurant located just below the room and facing busy Ocean Ave.
