I attended a corporate function, so it's hard to judge the food, which was excellent but served buffet-style. It was the building and a tour of the rooms that were breath-taking. I've never seen beds as big! and tremendous attention to detail. The pool was partially covered but gorgeous.

What can I say. This was my first 5 Star experience. Felt like we transformed into another world. Service was unbelievable. Couldn't ask for any more! We arrived and were not rushed into dinner. We had an early seating and were allowed to take in the beauty of the night and experience from the moment we arrived until the after dinner tour. We then sat down by the beautiful pool and took all our pictures and never felt rushed or watched. When we left everyone was so pleasant in thanking us for coming by for dinner.

Beautiful decoration, great service - a lovely way to dine in South Beach!

A very private and romantic setting!

We made our reservations, before leaving Switzerland and the date and hour were reconfirmed by the Hotel staff. Unfortunately, we didn't stay there.

We wined and dined with a business group. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the history. We had cocktails poolside and dinner on the third floor. Excellent dinner and to die for desserts. Unfortunately no tours of rooms which is understandable. Hope to come back for a romantic weekend in the future.
