My fiancée and I went to this restaurant to have a lovely night out, we were FAR from it.
We got there and got sat on a dirty table, the waitress took for ever to even come over and clean it up for us, then literally, like 20 minutes later she comes back to take our drink order, we asked for a pitcher of Clerico (white sangria) which was undrinkable, its was made with cooking wine and had nothing to do with the original recipe that I have had in the multiple times I have visited Argentina and Uruguay, and I think I know what im talking about, we called the waitress over and sent it back, and order a bottle of wine instead. As our appetizers got to the table (over cooked calamari and a cardboard texture provoleta) the owners shows up to our table with the same pitcher of clerico we had returned (we just had a sip to try it) demanding we HAD to drink it (what!!!?) and saying that even if we didn't like it we had to pay it, he came in a very aggressive form to which I believe he might have had a little to much of his own sangria. To sum things up, my fiancée got very upset with this mans attitude and asked for the check so we could leave as soon as possible of this place, the OWNER literally insulted my boyfriend and was trying to pick a fight to which we responded by threatening him to call the police. This by far has been the worst experience we have had in a restaurant in our lifetime, his own staff had to grab the owner and take him inside the restaurant because he was acting demented.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place, you might get food poisoning from the roaches that walk around your table or punched by the owner if you do not like his food or service.
shamefully places like these are still open.
