i spent 5 five days in this hotel, and I paid almost $1400 for it. However, it is The worst hotel I have ever had! Please do go there.
1. The hotel near to a dump site, every time you have to pass dump site to the beach. It smells stink!
2. You pay for almost $200 dollar a night, it looks like a motel or even worse.
3. The room is really compact, I just hate it. I paid $322 for one night in new year eve. However, I don't enjoy it at all.
I just want to remind you, don't book this hotel, it's not even worth for $80 a night!

We had a standard room which was "clinical" looking! Like a hospital room. A platform bed, concrete floors. The bathroom was old and very dark. We could not even see to put makeup on, not sure what was going on with that.

I booked a room at this hotel along with three colleagues. When the first one arrived 3 days before the rest of us, she let us know the hotel was disgusting. She canceled our rooms 72 hours before our Monday arrival and they still charged all of our cards for the 4 night stay. They refuse to refund the money they stole from us. Stay as far away from this hotel as possible.

Room Tip: Never Book This Hotel

This hotel, located very near the seashore, just a block away from the sea, offers other commodities.
The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is good, the room is large, and it is close to the main attractions of Miami Beach, especially the famous Lincoln Road. Furthermore, it is very clean and has a pleasured environment. Thus, it is a nice plase to stay without paying too much.

Room Tip: Avid those near the the air conditioning, such as the one on 2nd floor and ending 12.

this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. the service was appalling. front of staff totally incompetent.

No toothpaste or hair conditioner in room. when we asked front desk to bring some up- he suggested we walked to nearest walgreens as they didn't offer both.

we purchased a bottle of wine to drink in room. hotel couldn't provide a corkscrew. told us they were waiting for their roof top bar staff to show up to work and they were over 1 hour late already.

we had a leaking shower that kept us up the entire night. when we advised front desk next morn they decided to comp our parking. did nothing else

dirty blue wet towels on the floor to exit to roof top. no sure why or whether there was a leak of some sort. but towels remained entire visit and we were walking over them. very gross.

wifi very slow

once home, i was charged on my visa the FULL amount of our stay as well as the SPLIT bill amt. I called the front desk- long distance, and a man , I believe named Giancarlo, insisted I call my bank. I advised him that I had been charged twice and he kept insisting the full amount was just a hold. I explained that a hold is merely for security and doesn't get put through a card. so now i am dealing with this a week after my stay.

he was reluctant to give me a manager name. and now i have to email a bunch of strangers my visa statement.

overall, terrible experience. would never ever go back again.

The Townhouse is really well-located by the beach and the Setai. The staff is cordial, easy-going & accommodating. Rooms are simple & clean. Thanks for another great stay pre-Xmas. Hope to be back next year.

We stayed here for a few nights, leaving on New Year's Day 2015. Given that we were there over the busiest night of the year, we thought the room we were in was very quiet and peaceful. We slept brilliantly, and couldn't hear the club downstairs, or the massive outdoor party in the hotel next door.

Let's be clear, this hotel is pretty basic, but it does what it does well. The staff are polite, helpful and attentive. The rooms are a little sparse, but are spotlessly clear and very well maintained by the house-keeping staff.

The location is great, only a few steps to Miami Beach and Collins.

However, this is a classic 3 star hotel, in my view. Don't be expecting room service, bellboys and a hot stone massage, cause it ain't here.

Would stay again, if this is the type of hotel we were looking for.

Room Tip: We had third floor room, which didn't have a view, but was quiet. Can't speak of the other f...
