I'm sure there must be something better about South Beach, but the area we walked and drove was wall to wall people and cars. Some interesting looking restaurants (packed), lots of so-so spots too. Overall dirty looking. Stopped at an outdoor under-canopy restaurant that served, they said from 3 kitchens, Japanese, Chinese and Mexican style food. Looked like some decent menu choices but we just wanted a light lunch and a drink. Ordered a pinot grigio and a chardonnay for the girls and two Stella draughts for the guys and a few smaller dishes. They brought two glasses of wine that both women said was terrible. They then tasted each other's and it was the same wine. They brought two drafts (no pricing or sizes on the menu, just brands listed) each of which when served, were 32oz goblets. We decided, with the girls not wanting the skunkey wine we would like to cancel the order and pay for the beers. Getting anyone's attention throughout, was nearly impossible. After finally addressing the dissatisfaction, they brought the bill for two beers at $30 plus tax, plus a $10 tip added. We left $30 and ten cents.
