This is not like your typical hotel stay. Instead of the contrite and tired hotels that pepper miami beach, Chic place is a cozy, comfortable, and centrally located home away from home. I felt that I had my own hip apartment in the center of the action ! I loved staying here! The management was very helpful, welcoming, and profession. The apartment was very chic and hip. It was close to EVERYTHING. I had an absolute blast !! I will def return !!

Extremely stylish, cool and with an abundance of friendly places near to it.
The room is very trendy, with lots of nice features like the iPod docking station, the little TV over the ceelings, and internet connections. Enough space to hang your stuff and a nice and comfortable size bed. The location is great, in the heart of south beach.

A great place to spend the summer, very close to all the cool places, the decoration is absolutely art deco which was very nice. It is a very good choice if you dont like big busy hotels, amazing rooms and service.

We used to love this place for it's unique, homey vibe and great location. Unfortunately our most recent visit (early summer 2011) was disappointing. The AC unit was right above the bed and CRAZY loud. I can sleep through anything, but it sounded like a rocket was launching when it went on and it continued to be very, very loud until it went off. The showers do not have curtains or doors, but rather a half glass wall. A lot of water escapes and gets all over the small bathroom. There was plenty of damage to the wall from the water, with peeling paint and rotten areas. Not pleasant, especially with small kids. Also, the toilet clogged up almost every time we used it (tmi - but we weren't flushing anything extraordinary. More than a few squares of tp made it angry). An old plunger was there, but it was of little help. Plus, I certainly don't want to deal with that on vacation! No staff on premises made this issue particularly annoying. The exterior security gate didn't automatically close (old spring maybe?) and was open many times. Not ok on South Beach with plenty of homeless people, drunks, and other undesirables. With all of these issues, the prices have gone up! What?
