Not much to see but the sculptures are very impressive. There is a little store too where you can buy videos and material about the Holocaust.
This is a necessity for all visitors. It's important to stop and pause and contemplate the reality of WWII and attempted genocide. It is very beautifully appropriate.
we wouldn't expect to be so touched visiting this memorial. just for a chance we visited it after watching a movie about that sad period and this made us understand it even more. you can easily reach it on foot from lincoln road. very recomended cos we have never to forget what happened!
Photos don't do this justice. Art+architecture+creativity=powerful impact. Amazing. Just realize you're going to leave in a somber, reflective mood.
The Memorial was done very well. A history with photographs provides a solid introduction. The sculptures and the walls with the names of victims of the Holocaust were tastefully done. the benches and arbors with greenery provide a somber mood and time for reflection.
