“Indomania”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2013

We wen't there without a reservation....and were lucky there were two chairs left at the bar. The restaurant was completely booked and they had problems to give space even to the people that had reservations. The owner of the place is a friendly dutch guy and his wife is the cook. They have a dish nearly every one eates because you can taste a lot of different flavours, it's a selection of different things, called the rice platter. It tasted really good and we are happy to have been there.

“Manage your expectations”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2013

This restaurant obtains some excellent reviews and was interested to see what they can do. Difficult parking situation, small uninspired dining room. Food fairly priced for area but average in general. Wait staff outstanding and very helpful. Clientele not typical SouthBeach and seemed quite skewed to the local Dutch community. Floor and some areas could use with general clean.

“One of the best Restaurants in Miami”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

That was clearly the best place we ate in Miami. It was an experience. We stayed for 3 weeks in the city and have tried many restaurants. If you love spices and flavors that are foreign to you, then you are right there.

“Awesome food and presentation is truly unique”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

This is a hidden gem in Miami beach! This isn't a place to go if your looking for a trendy hip bar restaurant atmosphere. It is the place to go if you are looking for a truly delicious and unique food experience. We have been there 2 times now and we love ordering the RIJSTTAFELS options. Which consist of you being served many different plates/bowls of food but some how they all deliciously complement each other. You have different categories of RIJSTTAFELS that you can order. We have done the Ocean and the Sumatra both equally delicious. Check out the menu for further clarification.

“Excellent find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2013

We found an article in Automotive magazine that mentioned this restaurant in passing, so decided to give it a whirl while on a brief trip to Miami, and I'm so very glad we did. It's a cozy little nook at the corner of Collins and 26th in Miami Beach. The Vegetarian Rijsttafel (one of four options) was a fun and tasty experience for newcomers to Indonesian food; the service was polite and unobtrusive; the price was reasonable. We were lucky to snag a free table at 8pm; we saw other customers being turned away after us - so make reservations! Highly recommended.
