My husband and I visited Fashionhaus, our fist time in Miami and within the space of 2 hours my phone was stolen, I left it in the doc in our hired car and when the valet brought it back it was no where to be found, we already had paid for the Valet asked for a refund and wasnt given a response by the Hotel manager.
As the days went past it was one drama after another with the Valet service, they brought the man who picked our car up into the hotel to show us and for him to say to our faces that he did not steal the phone, it was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in, we never accused him directly all we know is that the phone was in the car when it was taken away but when it was brought back it was not, we didnt know what the procedures were for the garage where it was kept, they might have been someone else there who had access to the keys etc.
Then a couple of days later again, the Valet came to the hotel to tell us that he did not steal it, etc, etc, made me feel very unsafe and scared in a place where I was supposed to have fun and let my hair down!!!!!!
I suppose the hotel did all they could, but I dont think it was enough as they should have given me a refund for the service.
The hotel is well situtated, nicely decorated but the bathroom was never cleaned properly, beds were made and towels were changed.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our valet company has served our guests for many years. It is a very well known company in our community with a great prestige. Their rules stipulate that the guest shouldn’t leave any belongings inside their car when it is delivered to them. The main purpose of this regulation is to protect the guest’s belongings during their stay. Sometimes guests leave things inside the car, and the valet’s driver returns them as soon as they find them in the car. This is the policy they follow and each guest has to agree and sign it before receiving the parking services.

On the other hand, the hotel’s personnel acts as an intermediary between the guest and valet service, by ordering the service and managing the pickup and drop off times. Also, in case of any discrepancy between the valet parking company and the guest, our staff could mediate and establish communication and understanding between the guest and the valet service. The hotel is neither responsible nor liable for any situation that may arise.
