Our suite was well laid out, modern, clean, nicely designed and comfortable. The hotel is very pretty and the staff friendly. Excellent location and very good value for the area.
The breakfast is not included but for $10 the price is reasonable and the croissants were excellent!

Pull up to the curb, follow the stone path, and pass through the archway beyond the bubbling fountain and you enter a peaceful home away from home. We had three couples arriving, some from Europe, all at different days and times for a family reunion. It was important that things flowed smoothly without any stress. The Impala was the perfect choice. The rooms were ready and welcoming and the staff were very gracious and always thoughtful. One of our rooms needed to be accessible and - on the ground floor - it was elegant and accommodating. An ideal location for spending private, quality time and for those who do not want to be immersed in the South Beach traffic, crowds, and noise 24 hours a day. Espanola Way is close by and Lincoln Road a bit further, was an enjoyable walk for us. Valet service was competitive with local garage fees and quite worth it - unlimited car check out and in throughout the day with speedy car delivery when you called a ahead. Romain helped us to coordinate our stay and provided for the needs of all guests, always with cheer and charm that remains part of the positive memories we have of our time in Miami. We have been visiting Miami each year over the past decade and have had a range of hotel experiences. The Impala will be our location for choice for our future visits with family and friends.

Just one block away from Ocean Drive, yet quiet. Refurbished to a very high standard. We were upgraded to a suite and would have gladly paid the extra myself - well worth it. OK so it doesn't have a lift, but it is just one flight stairs if you aren't on the ground floor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff too.

Room Tip: Consider a suite - well worth the extra.

Arrived late Friday evening to a smiling face. Checked out in record time!!
Really perfect for the long weekend and centrally located to everything! Easy access to beach, dining and anything you want or need! Walgreens and Starbucks are so close and easy to get to!

we love this hotel. We are in room 104... Quiet, clean and no steps!! the bathroom is to die for! I love the shower .... The bed is fabulous!!! The staff remembered us from last year....how sweet is that! Breakfast is small, but chocolate croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt...yummy!!!
We parked in the garage down the street..just a half block away..$20.00/day.
Close to everything but the noise...

My Fiance found this place and we stayed there one night before our cruise and one night after the cruise. Nothing fancy, but we did not want that. Very clean rooms, very helpful staff and close to the beaches,shopping...

Room Tip: We stayed in 101. There are only 2 floors and no elevators,so since we had tons of luggage,it was ea...

We stayed at 2 different hotels on the 2 nights before a cruise. We enjoyed Hotel Impala very much. It was quiet, yet in a perfect location. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and people-watching but QUIET. Also, it rained one day and they had umbrellas available for use. Very nice. We usually stay in places that include breakfast, which would have been nice, but it was a very good hotel and we would stay there again.

Room Tip: Probably all rooms are good.
