For our first trip to Miami we stayed at the Impala. I was a little worried because of the great price in a premium location, but, surprise! With a Mediterranean charm and very helpful front desk staff we found the Impala charming. We'll definitely stay again. We didn't try the Italian restaurant, but we will next time. Only 1 block from the beach!

The Hotel Impala is a nice change from the typical art deco style in South Beach. It has a very warm and comfortable European look and feel to it which is nice to come back to after a day on the beach or a night out. There was even a Nescafe machine in the room for a delicious morning espresso. The bathroom was very large, everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer. The location is great as well. You're right in the middle of SouthBeach and walking distance to everything---beach, restaurants, shops, nightlife, museums, etc.

We were so lucky to find this charming boutique hotel in such an excellent location. The room was very luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a shower to die for! Best of all, the staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had a dental problem, and Maggie, who was working on the desk went out of her way to find a dentist for me. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

We stayed here before sailing out of the port of Miami for a cruise. Very quaint and stylish little hotel right in the middle of all the South Beach attractions. Easy to walk to the beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
