I agree with the reviewer below in regards to the lack of customer service at this hotel. My girlfriends and I checked into the hotel and were greeted (or rather, glanced at) by what seemed like the sole hotel staff member. He was busy on the phone chatting away with a friend... and finally decided to assist us. Tells us that they overbooked, and so our double beds were no longer available...that the 4 of us would have to share a "queen" sized bed... (read: FULL-SIZED). He also had this attitude that showed us just how little he cared to be there at that moment...
We requested cots, and he said he'd only bring it to us after his shift was over... which was approximately 11:45PM. The cot is brought over... sheets are placed on a chair and he is about to leave.... with the cot left standing up. We had to ASK him to put it down, at which point, he responds, "oh... do you want me to put it down?"
I could go on forever... but on the (very) bright side, we canceled the rest of our stay after that night and ended up moving to another hotel which turned out to be the BEST HOTEL EVER. All thanks to the inhospitable staff at the Kent. Everything happens for a reason....
