Came here for my friend's Bachelorette weekend in Miami and had the most amazing time. Even before we arrived the service was top notch - Ryan Atkin from WeOwnSouthBeach was incredible. When we arrived he personally brought us around the amazing Flamingo property and to our Penthouse condo which was fully stocked with the groceries we asked for and had an extra bed set up as well. Any questions we had were answered within minutes all weekend. The condo was gorgeous - way nicer than I expected with absolutely everything I could have asked for (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, blender, etc..you name it). Was much happier here than I would have been at a hotel - and it was less than half the price. Pool was insanely gorgeous. Ryan gave us excellent recommendations - he knows Miami and South Beach like the back of his hand. We had a GREAT time. Stay here.

We had a 3 month+ stay at the Flamingo, and we were very well taken care of. We booked our stay with "weownsouthbeach", and Ryan Atkin, one of the owners, personally saw to that we were happy and satisfied. He aimed to please, and succeeded:) We are a family of 4, with two teenage sons. When we needed an extra bed in the apartment, he hooked us up. The internet stopped working, and he switched providers so that the problem could be fixed. If anything was needed, he was sure to help us out, right away. Never having been in South Beach before, he helped us point out where to find the grocery store, and hair salon to fit our needs...he also fixed us up with parking, and a gym membership at the Flamingo Fitness center for the time we were there! We are very happy with the service we received. We never felt like we were left hanging. The area is nice and convenient. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay while we were there! Thank you!

Please be careful when considering a short-term stay at the Flamingo! This is against the law and the fines are steep.
The Flamingo is a wonderful place to live, if you are looking for at least a one year lease. The newly completed South pool is spectacular and having the restaurant, store, drycleaners and dog groomers right there on the grounds makes it all so easy.
If you are a mature, honest renter, you will have no problems with management.

We had so much fun! The complex is awesome! We were a big group (6 people) and didn't want to get two expensive hotels rooms. This was the perfect solution. The penthouse was spacious, clean, balcony has a beautiful view, and is perfectly located. The complex has a big pool, hot tub, and is walking distance from Lincoln road and a cute street called Espanola Way, with a bunch of spanish restaurants (Havanas 1957 has delicious authentic Cuban food!). Ocean Road and the Beach are walking distance, too or a short $5 cab ride. We spoke with Ryan and his assistance throughout the stay, they were both responsive and helpful. Ryan called the week before the trip to verify check in times and make sure we were excited! I definitely would recommend We Own South Beach and I think I want to try We Own Vegas next!
