My husband and I took a ride over to Miami from the west coast of Florida, we decided to see what little Havana has to offer for lunch. After looking at a few places we walked into this quaint little restaurant. We sat at the counter and were greeted by the friendly staff, since we only speak very little spanish we were happy that there were some picture menus. My husband chose a beef fajita with rice and beans, fried plantains, some other little fried pancake that tasted like roasted corn, I chose a bean and cheese wrapped in a bread pocket along with a tamale with a side of a light white sauce.
For starters they gave us some wonderful pickled onions and carrots, they were absolutely great, crunchy and full of flavor. Then when our meal was served, we were so surprised by the large portions, I can not say enough about this wonderful little gem, if you are looking for true latin cuisine, at truly rock bottom prices, this is your place
