Booked this as previous reviewer as part of a Park & Fly deal. As my outgoing flight was 1:35 a.m., I used the night at the hotel on way back before driving 3 hours home. What a heavenly restful stop after a demanding trip.

The room was clean, stylish and had all the right amenities, incl. the 42-inch TV. It was actually a small suite with wireless wi-fi and a good set-up for a business person.

I was delighted to find that there was a "gallery kitchen," which produced the best small pepperoni pizza I'd had in ages. Plus all kinds of teas, coffees, soft drinks, beers and wines. Good selection of salads, sandwiches and other popular foods.

The rate was about $100 for the single, incl. taxes and 10 days free parking. A real bargain. Will definitely be using them again if we fly out of Miami.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Miami Airport due to advertised park/sleep/fly package for 1 night prior to flight to Costa Rica. Package price was $152 + taxes for 1 night, parking for my car for up to 14 days, shuttle to and from Miami airport - to me a deal, as park and ride at Miami airport is $8/day and I would not have to get up at 4 am to beat rush hour, post holiday South Florida traffic from West Palm to MIami. My surprise came from the great rooms!! They look EXACTLY like they do on the website!! Room had king size bed for OH and myself, which was very comfy with good quality linens and pillows; room was in earth tones and bed alcove was separated from sitting area by a partial wall. Sitting area had a sectional sofa with ottoman, wide screen HD TV (which could be seen from the bed, also); small area also provided with a table/desk, upholstered desk chair, counter with small refridgerator and sink and a coffee maker. Nice sized closet area next to dressing area and bathroom - equipped with blowdryer, iron and board, and offers laundry service. The swimming pool area is a decent size for the hotel. There is a communal kitchen area with a coffee bar and continental breakfast is served here (included in cost of room). Rooms were pretty well insulated for the location, as we found it very quiet. Several restaurants and a shopping area are within walking distance; the airport is about a 15 minute ride in the shuttle. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (not always the case in Miami). I think they must have been training staff while we were there, as their food/snack area was not fully stocked and had minimal selection - and there were no drink or snack machines in the hotel. The only fly in the ointment was the airport shuttle service. We had been instructed to call the hotel when we returned to Miami, for a shuttle pick up. We did so (returned on a Sunday evening) and were told the shuttle would be there to pick us up in 15 minutes. When he did show up 30 minutes later, the shuttle was full and we were told we would have to wait for the next pickup. Looking at a drive of 1 1/2 hours at 8 pm on a Sunday, we were not happy. I will commend the staff, however, as when I called the hotel back to report my dissatisfaction, they immediately told me to take a cab and they would pay the fare. Even better, my car was in exactly the same condition I had left it 13 days prior!!
