I just stayed there last night for 4 hours. Postitve note... It was convienent this morning but that's it!! Customer service was NOT good and rooms were sub-par. The room was worth $50 a night instead of what i paid. Again... You pay for convience and that's it!!! I got off my flight at midnight last night and called the front desk to ensure I was going to the right location. The first person I spoke to couldn't give me directions from the Terminal I was in and due to her initital directions caused me to walked for 30 mins to get there. That is not what you want to be doing at middnight! I ended up calling back again and another person half way directed. Shouldn't your own front staff know EXACTLY how to get to the hotel from any terminal??? This morning at 5am i got out of the shower and was on a tight schedule... Guess what blow dryer was not working, when i called no blow dryer available... Again when you are paying for such a short time period i don't have HIGH expectations...but a girl can't blow dry her hair. The front desk didn't even care. Room was old and dingy but i expected that from the other reviews. I just wanted a couple hours of sleep, hot shower, and be ready for the day. I wouldn't stay here ever again. I will stay at close hotel off site next time.

This hotel is only meant for travelers who want to pay a lot for a shower and a bed.
The hotel itself is something nightmares are made of. Rooms are old, small, dark. I opened the wood shutters to get some light and was greeted by a cement wall just feet from my window. The room feels like a cell that you cannot escape. I have read the other reviews and all I can say is the reviews are all correct! The water is hot in the bathroom but there is barely enough pressure to get the shampoo out. The staff for dinner and breakfast were pleasant. Not big menus but you won't starve. If you must stay here, get in and out as fast as possible!

Instead of waiting around a noisy concourse for a later flight we went to 7th floor and had a lovely relaxed meal. We both chose a blackened salmon salad, really good and refreshed with plenty iced water. Then we moved over for coffees to the comfy sofas. We were not hassled but left to relax and the overall cost was just $ 30. Shall certainly eat there again for a relaxing stopover.

Stayed here during a 12 hour layover and was not impressed. They were however doing construction while I was here so the lobby looked nothing like the pictures. I'm sure all that is finished by now. The rooms were okay, but had the shutters covering the windows so I felt like I was in a box all day. Eating on top of the hotel while watching all the planes was nice. The wifi also worked well so I was able to do some work. It is right at security in the airport so it is very convenient for in between flights.

This hotel is a good option if you have a long connection flight.. At least to sleep and shower.
Air conditioning was too noisy though, even turning it off.
The worst part was the service provided at breakfast!
Staff were arguing between them in front of guests.
The waiter was ignoring me to not refill my juice... I had to ask to please do so, and he acted extremely rude!
What a way to start your day! So skip it to avoid disappointments...

It's an airport hotel that is in need of a major update. It is convenient, but expensive. The reception service was friendly and professional. The rooms have a lot to be desired. Hence, the a major update is need in this hotel. The bed is horrible. The cleanliness is questionable. Thin walls.
I would not stay here again. I will choose an airport hotel and use the shuttle.

First, this is an airport hotel. Too many travelers review like it's a destination location.

It's a hotel for convenience when in transit. It serves the purpose well. Located literally within the airport.

We found the staff to be attentive and friendly.

The room we had was extremely small, though the king size bed was comfortable and clean. The room was also quiet given the location. We had a perfect nights' sleep!

We were able to bring the luggage cart right to the room for easy unloading and loading. A real plus!

An overall update is needed, but in our experience everything was clean and well maintained.

The rooms are expensive for what you get, but it's all about the convenience. No worry of traffic or arriving on time. You are already in the airport, which met our needs.
