I really enjoyed my three night stay at this well run Sofitel. The staff are very attentive and polite and the bar staff were particularly friendly. I enjoy a great bar snack and a couple of Martinis and spent a very relaxing day by the pool. My only criticism would be the very hefty room service 'service charge' of $2 plus 19%. Which made up a 30% surcharge on my small room service order. My question is how can you demonstrate good service by delivering a meal to a room?
