This hotel experience was awesome. I came on a business trip and they treated me so well.
Everyone is always smiling and the service is the best. They answered any questions I
had quickly and really made sure that everything was always alright. I also really
enjoyed the food from the room service. Chef Frank is awesome. He really serves
up some great good. I was here for about two weeks and I also appreciated the
great service from Scotty. He always made sure I had everything I needed.
Great Stay. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Miami!

The hotel is under going some major refit. The lobby and restaurant areas have already undergone the process, in honesty I am not sure about the room i had. It was pleasant and very comfrotable but more ok than wow. Breakfast was included and was fine. The staff on the frot desk were very personable indeed. The hotel is on the flight path to a runway just a short distance behind it, now for me that was heaven, i could watch planes land all day long but if you are not into planes coming past your bedroom window then maybe this is not for you. Nothing negative at all about the property, just not a wow place.

I always have a great time staying at this hotel. Staff are very warm and welcoming and you get a sense of a good connection and communication throughout all levels of staff there. They are all on the same page. The front desk, hands down, is the best! The rooms are always clean and inviting.
Definitely five-star service at an economical price for any kind of traveler. Not to mention the distance from the airport! After a long flight, walk out of the airport, hop on the shuttle, 2 minutes later you're there, 5 minutes later, you're checked in and on your way to your room!

The Hotel is in excellent location for a quick trip to Miami. It is right in front the exit from the Rental Car Center from the Airport.
It takes you 10 minutes to Miami Beach (Lincoln Road).
The bed is amazing. It makes you want to sleep forever.
