We stayed in February in the Ramada Dadeland, because we came from Germany to go on a cruise from Miami and wanted to stay some days afterwards in Miami to go shopping and stuff like that.

Well, we chose the hotel over all because of the price, around 125,- USD, which is - in my opinion - not very cheap, but in comparison to other hotels in this time of the year... and the cheaper ones had such horrible reviews, that the Ramada seemed fine to me.
Over all it was ok, nothing special, quite clean and spacious, the breakfast was really good (bagels, eggs, sometimes waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit) and there is coffee in the lobby 24/7. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
To/from the airport ist was pretty convenient and the mall is right across (well, a few hundred meters) the street, which was great. it’s a bit far to go to south beach, but anyway... a would go there again... but i have to admit, in comparison to the hotel prices I paid a few years ago in the same time of the year in Miami South Beach, miami in general has tremendously increased their prices!!!

All in all: ok, quiet, rooms clean, pool area ok (but not really for sunbathing), breakfast very good, location fine. i would recommend it for travelers with medium expectations.

My husband and I stayed here two nights after spending one awlful night in a hotel by the airport. We were very pleased with how clean our room was. There was a minifridge, which came in very handy and interent in our room. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good as well. There are a few shops within walking distance also. We didn't have any road/traffic noise and there wasn't much noise coming from other rooms. I would recommend staying here instead of the older/noiser hotels by the airport. This was a much better place and it was less expensive to top it off!

The room had a stinking odor. The bedspreads were sticky. There were old newspapers in the room. It was expensive. We ran away the following morning.

We stayed for a week while visiting relatives. It's very convenient for the Dadeland Mall and there is a small mall opposite that has a delightful Cuban bakery and cafe.

For a Limited hotel the facilities are ok but the ice machines are on every other floor and you need to get the elevator so by the time you have got ice it's gone back down to the ground floor!

Forget the pool it's close to the road and not suitable for children to play unless fully supervised.

The breakfast choice was good and the staff made sure that there was a constant supply.

Valuables can be kept in the lobby safe at no extra cost and free newspapers are a pleasant little extra.
