Upon arrival we go SUCH good treatment of the front office clerk called Alejandro Duarte! He truly treated us like royalty!
The concierge Mr Miguel Pena is very friendly, has great tips and is THE perfect gentlemen.....yes, they still exist!

This was a good choice for those who want to be close to South Beach, the airport, Miami cruise terminals, and Adventura. Very clean and modern. The concierge lounge has beautiful big windows facing the bay, but the morning sun heats up that room so that it is uncomfortable at breakfast. This location also host a lot of people coming to Miami for cruises, so it was quite noisy.
If you are going on a cruise this is the ideal location.

Once we arrived we were treated amazing! The service at this hotel is one of the best i have experienced in a long time. The front desk clerk named Alejandro Duarte treated us like royalty! Give us the best information and told us the best way to go about our stay. We were with a big group, so we had many rooms and he told us right away to upgrade us to Elite status so that we can save point for every day we stay at marriot and the best part is we can use this card worldwide! He also made our stay very enjoyable and did everything in his power to provide us with everything we needed.Also the lead concierge named Miguel Pena mad our stay very enjoyable and easy. It's because of their outstanding service that i had to name these two people. This hotel is very beautiful and even offers a big shopping court! I would recommend this hotel to anyway visiting the miami area. Without a doubt it was the best hotel service we ever had.

Room Tip: Ask for Alejandro Duarte upon check in, he made sure we had the best rooms available.

My first stay at this hotel, and it left a positive impression. The front desk and concierge were helpful recommending restaurants, sightseeing options, etc. The rooms are very nice, clean, and ours had a beautiful view of the bay. The pool area and restaurant are also very lovely. The only downside is that unless you have a car or pay for a taxi, there is not much within a short walk. In Miami heat, that means several blocks to shopping and restaurants. I would likely stay here again.

From the time we drove into the reception area till we left at 9:30 am the next day all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The check-in person could not be more helpful and respectful. The attendant's were very helpful and kind. We ate dinner in the restaurant with very good food and service and a great water atmosphere. There was some construction going on in the lobby that did detract from the ambiance which is of course only temporary.

Room Tip: Higher rooms offer a great view of Biscayne Bay.

This hotel is one of the best I had ever stayed in,although parking is quite expensive we turned our car in a day earlier then having to spend an extra $30.00.also there was about 50 of us staying at this hotel if others in our party didn't have to tell us that we got free breakfast for two we would have never known.We had to go ask for our coupons they didn't voluntary to give to us.

Stayed pre-cruise at Marriot Miami Biscayne Bay. Check in was fairly easy for such a busy hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, but had great views. The bathroom was adequate. Ordered pizza (meat lovers) as a late night snack and it was surprising good. With the room service fees it was $25 – ouch. Overall a decent stay for one night. Would book again if leaving from Miami port in the future.
