Stayed here 3 nights for a conference. King room on 15th floor was huge with a nice view but not on canal view side. Other guests complained of traffic noise on water side. Bed was comfortable and room featured a large walk-in closet. But very dim lighting and calls to replace an overhead light bulb went unanswered. The fancy Ihome clock radio was useless. No buttons worked & time was an hour off until daylight saving time kicked in. I was surprised there was no mini fridge especially since the room was so large. Bathroom was adequate with plenty of hot water & good water pressure Elevator use required a room key which rarely worked. You would have to hope for another guest's key to work & desperately punch floor buttons before you passed your floor. Was a great way to make friends though. The meeting rooms were pretty good & we never lacked for coffee & snacks. One room we used had a dungeon like color scheme but we only used it for small breakout sessions. The lobby was typical Hyatt beauty but meeting room restrooms were falling apart. Staff was friendly & location was great. All in all not what I used to see at Hyatt but it has been a while since I stayed at one
