Location: This building is located about 2 blocks from Cocowalk, 1 block from Jaguar Restaurant. Every morning I would walk to Starbucks for breakfast, I would walk to whatever restaurant I wanted to go for lunch and dinner, I would walk to the movies (in cocowalk, 3rd floor), I would walk to the parks, I only used my car once to drive to the grocery market on 32 ave and US1, and that was a 5 minutes drive.

The Apartment: Is a large Studio, is about the size of a one bedroom apartment. The full 2 bathrooms are large so is the closet. The kitchen is a full kitchen, and it has everything you would need to cook a whole dinner if you want. The bed was comfortable. Having the balcony was nice, it let tons of sun light into the place.
The bed linens and towels were clean.
Every thing was clean.
You get one parking space for the whole time you stay there at NO EXTRA CHARGE PER DAY!
You get wireless Internet at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

The Service: The girl, Roxenne, was very professional, helpful and always available.

All in all I am happy I was not able to get a room in the Mayfair Hotel, the CocoStyle studio was 1,000% better than any other hotel room or suite.

Is not a normal hotel is more like an studio.

The good:
Overall the studio is cute and very functional, we booked the one with one bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully functional, with dishwasher, utensils, blender, toaster, etc. We also had a washer and a dryer which was very helpful. The studio also has a hardwood floor which for us is a plus because we don't like carpet. And every third day someone went to do some cleaning. You have a free parking spot. Is located in a commercial zone in a nice neiborghood.

The bad:

At first sight the studio looks clean but when we start to check the kitchen, the fridge was dirty on the inside, the dishwasher had like a red slime, when I opened the door under the sink the dish draner was disgusting and there was a sponge that smelled horrible.
We only used one of the 2 bathrooms and the shower had some strange stains.
The sofas looks dirty and with some stains. We look very close into the sheets but apparently didn´t have bedbugs, it looked kind of worn out but smelled clean. So we had to clean it all. Also we had a problem i with the parking space 'cause someone else parked in our spot during all our stay and the representative was very hard to get in touch with, but she always had a good attitude. We hope that they can improve the cleaning in the studio.
