It's been years since I have eaten here & was excited to try it again. Unfortunately it was quite disappointing. The spring roll appetizers & salad were okay, nothing out of the ordinary, though presented well. Our main entrees were devoid of flavor - the sauces for the chicken with eggplant, the tofu & vegetables, as well as the shrimp & vegetables over fried noodles were tasteless. When we complained, the answer was to mix soy sauce in it! I had the fried shrimp with a soy-lime sauce which was good after I had to send it back for further cooking as it came out almost raw in the center. Though the waiter was very nice, neither he nor the other wait staff was able to communicate with the kitchen & did not understand the menu well. There was no attempt by the owner to come out & talk with her customers. It took us 2 hours to get our main meal & to have it so poorly prepared added insult to injury. To be fair - when we spoke with the waiter he told us that the chef was not there & the owner was doing the cooking. So maybe call ahead & make sure the chef is actually there, otherwise save your hard earned money.
