If you are in Miami, please find another place to eat! Having lived in Kansas City for 8 years, this Capital Grille IN NO WAY compares to the customer service you get in KC. The staff was VERY slow and un-friendly. I had a fruit fly in my Martini and I was basically told that it wasn't one and that it was probably just from the olive juice!!! My husband got mad and said "yes, it is a Fruit Fly" We both saw it!!! They took it back and didn't even take it off of our bill. When you are paying $40 plus for a steak, you don't treat the customer like that. I feel bad for anyone who has gone to this location and thinks it's good. By the way it was a Thursday night...not even a busy weekend night. If you really want to check out an AWSOME Capital Grille, go to the one in KC!!
