“Monster Fishing Extravaganza!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

My wife and I went out monster fishing last summer with Mark and his First Mate, Ryan. Both are great guys to talk to while heading out for some serious fishing. The Striker-1 is a great boat, and the monster fishing chair is definitely a thrill!
Unfortunately, the day we went out there were no monsters to be had, however, we did catch a king mackerel and a couple of smaller tuna. We had such a great time heading out with these guys we have planned a return visit to South Florida in the next few weeks specifically around going fishing again with them.

“Fishing Trip of Your Life”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

I went out on the open seas with Mark over spring break with some fraternity brothers and it was definitely a highlight of the trip. He and his First Mate, Ryan, are classic Miami guys. They're there to show you a great time. Awesome dudes. We brought on as much food and beer as could fill up their coolers. The fishing was decent that day. A few hefty kingfish and some shark sightings. When there wasn't a bite, we were just chilling on a boat in Miami, having a blast. The Maverick crew are true professionals and really know what they're doing. It was like being on a competition fishing team. I absolutely recommend hitting them up. We will be again very soon!

“Great Experience! Must do!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

If you are looking for something fun to do in the Miami area, definitely jump aboard on Mark The Shark's boat! It was a very fun experience! You see so many cool ocean critters on the way out into the ocean. The day I went out fishing it was a bit slow, but I still had a great time soaking up the sun rays! We caught king fish-which is nothing to sneeze at. The six hour excursion went by so quickly because Mark and his first mate are so fun to talk to. They taught us how to fish like a pro and they were giving us tips and sharing shark stories. This boating trip would be great for children! They would really enjoy seeing what they pull out of the ocean. The boat is super nice too! This is a must do activity!

“Wow! Caught a 12 Foot Hammerhead!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

Spent a day with my brother and Father on the water with no expectation of catching anything meaningful. After about a 1.5 hour fight, brought in a monster Hammerhead! Mark and his crew certainly know what they are doing. If your in Miami, and want a fantastic experience, do not hesitate to go out with Mark and the gang.

“Great fishing, great guys!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

Thanks for an awesome day of fishing for my son, my hubby, and his brother! Although the fishing was slow, they had a great time - these guys fish hard! They did catch a Spinner shark - which was 8' long! I don't know much about sharks, but I do believe they said it was a record catch! If you want to go fishing in Miami, call Mark!
