Four of us dined after a tour of Little Havana, home of the 40 cent cuban coffee. Real, fresh food served by young enthuiastic people of greek heritage. The perfect foil to the truly awful Pucci's pizza place nearby, where dramatically serving overpriced muck appears to be acceptable. The chef cooked some main meals as well as serving a range of fresh over-filled sandwiches, wraps, panninis and giant sweets like baklava (one of my fav sweets) and he had only one portion of fish left [tilapia] when we arrived about 5pm. Espresso too was excellent, iced tap water served on arrival, without having to ask for it - the chef peered over the counter and invited our views on his work. We were happy to praise him. Espressos really great too but, but, the cokes were a few dollars for 190 ml, I despise how this company rips us off - the product is not worth the extortionate price levied. Oh elia is Greek for olive.
