This is our second visit to Jean Paul's House and it won't be our last. Being in an 1930's era Miami house in the trendy Mid Town area, the ambiance is both relaxed and quietly elegant with a very international clientele, it has the feeling that you're in Madrid or Buenos Aires. We had the stuffed Piquino Peppers and the Pork Belly as appetizers again as they are amazing, accompanied by an excellent and very well priced bottle of Prosecco. We choose Lobster Black Squid Lasagna and the Pistachio Crusted Scallops from the specials and were wowed by both dishes. The lobster was abundant and perfectly prepared as were the succulent scallops which we paired with a crisp Albarino from Spain, also very fairly priced. We finished off with the Ginger Crème Brule and the Peruvian Dulce de Leche as both are very light and provided just the right note of sweetness to end our sumptuous meal. Bravo Jean Paul!
