“Mouthgasm”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

So I Went Looking For A Pio Pio Style Restaurant (NYC Peruvian) And Asked Two Miami Natives Who Instantly Told Me To Check Out This Spot. Intriguing Outdoor Lamps, Exceptional Service From The Minute We Set Foot Inside: From The Chefs In The Front To The Hostess- had me loving Pollos Y Jarras At First Sight.

Our Server Was So Patient, She Took Time To Describe Each Dish And Recommended Two FAB Dishes- The Herradura Maki is CRAZY! Grilled Octopus Sushi Rolls With An Amazing Cilantro and Chipoltle Flavours Is Perfect For Vegetarians Or Seafood Lovers.

The Peruvian Rotisserie Fried Rice Was THE HIGHLIGHT Of Lunch- perfect for two- the Peruvians Have Beat The Chinese In The Fried Rice Arena! Could go a little lighter in the salt though....

They even have REAL Passion Fruit Juice- I swore I was home in Jamaica!

Pollo y Jarras May Just Be The Place That Makes Me Fall In Love With Miami.

“Great to have a family o friends gathering, good value and great food !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2014 via mobile

Great to order family style and try new flavors, roasted chicken, yucas a la huancaina, even ceviche is great. Salad is amazing, and the chupe they give for free as a starter is great. Friendly servers and great prices for excellent food.

“Great place for a big bite with friends/family”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

This is a great place you can hang out with family and friends for lunch, brunch, dinner or late night. Their atmosphere is great, and the food too!!! The portion is really big, one dish can serve about 3 to 4 people and they are very tasty!! Remember to try their signature chickens, it is absolutely worthy!! I would say this place has the best chicken within that area.

“Excellent ceviche”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2014

Ceviche is not what this restaurant specializes in but since it's next door to Ceviche 105 (same owner, same kitchen), it has a great selection. The rest of the food also looked excellent (especially the rotisserie chickens) but we didn't try them. Great casual place!

“Great service & food!! Thanks Cindy!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2014

Amazing roasted chicken and rice! The rice was able to stand alone as a delicious compliment to the flavor filled roasted chicken! I tried all dark meat and I ate everything until the white of my plate was visible. Also the complimentary sauce was great for dipping fries. My favorite sauce was the mayo with fries! Also don't try to use a spoon when eating the soup sample just sip it like wine. The passion fruit maracuya sour was a perfect blend of tropical fruit and "spirits". I would say for the desserts expect Peruvian cuisine and prepare your mouth to not expect an Americanized version of that particular dessert selection you choose and you will have a great experience. Last but not least the service was incredible!! Special shout out to our server Cindy for working with me.
