if you want something near the arena this is it full kichen washer dryer. cant bet the price for the location your not on the beach so if that is what you want the this is not it but if you want to be close to but not in the crowd this place is great. 2 queens and a left out sofa great for party weekend in mia

Great location! downtown directly across from AA arena and bayside marketplace. Room was great I got the bi level condo had full size kitchen and balcony looked over downtown clean etc! Great Pools and lounge areas. Iam from Dallas and also a regular in Miami. Staying there Is like owning your own condo. I meet some residents and they were all nice. Even Drake mentions this place in his music also he is a resident. I have rented and stayed at alot of condos in the Miami area and this is worth the price! It is valet only but price is not over the top. I strongly recommend this place! you pay just as much for a regular hotel stay in a regular room. Elite city stays is great!

so lets start off by i am not into bashing places i work for a five star residential property and so therefore i know things can go wrong. we called ahead of time to let them know we were coming in a little early they said they didnt have the room ready we were ok with that we get to the office and the real manager sends us off by telling us our rooms werent ready but he might be able to put us in one, we get to that one and it is not what it says on the website i was expecting two rooms like it says on the first page instead we got a loft with 1 bed and they had to bring in another bed also this rooms square footage was nothing like the second room we ended up getting after 4 pm that loft space with 2 beds 1 room was bigger and i was told that even though one was way smaller we were paying for the room not the square footage. also our tv never worked downstairs even though we called about it several times and everyone we called told us they couldnt help the front desk is clueless about anything must be nice to have that job they dontr know where pizza is where taxis are anything helpless the pool guy was talking on his phone when we walked up and finally got off like we were disturbing him when we asked for towels, you have to walk past the business center to the spa to get them to open the business center because the keys you have for that dont work and you can only get 5 sheets of paper to print with??? what the ???? you do get a nice view of bayside even though the homeless are right outside your door and you can barely walk to cvs without being harrassed the entire way i feel like the staff is not very welcoming or hospitable i dont feel like we got what we paid for if you just need a place to sleep come here if you are looking for service go somewhere else you wont get it here !!!!!! will not recommend to any of my residents in dallas !!!! I could go on but i would need a couple more days
