No Breakfast, kind of bad part of town, dated rooms, okay but next time would probably pay the extra money to stay at a nicer place.

Kudos on the location and front desk staff. The lady organising the tours.....beautiful character! A lot left to be desired re:room appearance. Clean beddings and ample towels please!

I like this Hotel because it is close to the mall, bus stops, restaurants, the main shopping stores such as Walmart, BestBuy, Bed, bath and beyond. It is also a quite clean Hotel and has friendly staff that are always willing to assist in any way possible. It also has a free shuttle service and the best for me is that they provide a shuttle service to the mall and Walmart which makes it even more convenient. The airport is just 17 minutes from the Hotel. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Where do I start?!?! I have a laundry list of negative things about this hotel. Some of the fancy tiles in the elevator were cracked and very worn and not pleasing to the eye at all. The carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and dingy. The windows are dirty. The sheets and blankets had stains on them. There was a slight musty smell in the room. It looked and smelled like a smoking room, but it was non-smoking. The view overlooked the roof top of the lobby and could definitely use some cosmetic work. The bathmat looks dirty and old. The bathroom needs a face lift! I asked 3 times for more towels because there were three of us: me, my wife and daughter. But there were only two bath towels. I NEVER got the towels! The remote control for the TV did not work, and I had to go to the front desk to request a new one. I was not offered a second key for the other adult (my wife) also listed on the reservation. When I was given a second key, after asking for it, the key did not work; I had to go back to the front desk to fix it. The lady in the gift shop was rude and inconsiderate and imposed a $10.00 minimum to use a credit card. The a/c seemed not to get cold enough. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower around 2 hours before checkout time. There are a few positives but not enough for me to give a favorable rating. There was not a long line at check in or out. I was offered a wake up call upon check-in. The replacement remote control was sent up very quickly with maintenance. The elevators came quickly, and the ride was smooth. Parking was free. And finally there were no visible bed bugs!

The lobby of this hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. The accommodations were horrible. The carpet in the hallways were badly stained and we visited three different floors.The chairs in the room were stained also. A professional steam cleaner and daily maintenance would help. I was very disappointed. And it's a Wyndham affiliate?? Really!!

This hotel use to be good. I don't know what happened. Carpet is dirty, rooms have no heater, water pressure sucks, & service sucks. Call for towels more then 4 times & they won't bring them up.

This hotel is in a great location but having not been there for three years, I can clearly see it is rundown. The bellmen are pleasant and helpful and can actually teach the front desk staff a thing or two. Front desk staff need to go through customer service training again. Secondly most importantly the hotel needs upgrading, My suggestion is upgrade by floors if you can't close the entire hotel. I stayed in a penthouse house room - yes not a suite and I guess it is only called penthouse because it is on the top floor. The bathroom needs refurbishing, bathtub needs replacing or cleaned properly, cracks need to be sealed, mold needs to be gotten rid of and carpet needs to be replaced but my number one complaint - the hotel needs new beds. I had to sleep on a lumpy, well-used bed that gave me back pains every day of my stay there. No good night's rest here -Really this is not good enough. Please get new beds!!! They cannot be that expensive in the USA!
