“Take your business else where”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Not sure why anyone would want to stay here or come back? The physical location of hotel is awkward and signage is poor to find the Velet and main entry of hotel.
1. Velet was slow and in attentive.
No greeting was made nor inquiry of where I was going in hotel or how I could be helped.
2. No signage or any help to find where or how to get to bar and restaurant. Which is on the 7th floor of building.
3. Quality of food in restaurant was poor.
4. I shared with front desk manager that Velet was not a 3 star experience let alone 4season. Although she had an inadequate response to my feedback regarding Velet - she was at least available to speak with.
5. Manager of Velet was responsive to my feedback regarding Velet.

I stayed here for a conference and have only positive things to say. First, staying at a Four Seasons for around $250 is a bargain. The room, which had a city view, was spacious and the internet connection was great. While I wouldn't stay here on a vacation as it is downtown I certainly would recommend it for a business trip. And the pool looked great too!

Great location and swimming pool, close to night life. Food above average, close to good nightlife, quiet location. Excellent brunch, not worth the 85$, but a must. NO free WIFI? for the price? Come on. Responsive staff but might take more than one call or a long wait. Seems to cater more to the high roller business traveler than the casual affluent tourist. NO tennis which is a no, no in my book for a luxury hotel. In a nutshell the devil is in the details...... minor kinks not a deal breaker but when it comes to this brand I expect more. I don't mind paying, but when I am paying for luxury I expect the experience to be exceptional.

The location of the hotel, food (sunday brunch - must attend), room, SWIMMING POOL !!! Definitely coming back, excellent experience. Many near by places to have fun and shopping is 15min away... Lots of latin restaurants near by (comida Venezolana, Cubana and Colombiana)

Memorable stay, excellent service, although we were only there for 2 days, will definitely be using this chain again. The only thing I could possibly moan about is about having to pay for wifi, this should really be free in a hotel of this standard.

My husband and I stayed here because we have family that lives close by.
Pros :
This hotel is grandiose! The pool deck is a true oasis in the middle of a city . It has lots of Palm trees, comfortable chairs, cabanas and the shallow pool Hamacas are surreal. Very nice to relax.

Their brunch at the Edge restaurant is one of the best brunches I have ever had. They had a great variety of food, tacos , a whole pork, lots of seafood, delicious lemon pancakes and so on.
We also ate dinner there and it was excellent!!
The room were spacious
Close to the Bahia which was nice for a morning run.
Cons:
There was no coffee in the room so we had to order a coffee maker which they had no problem bringing.

I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon ;)

Service is polite, attentive and professional. Bartenders and helpful in suggesting drinks and if you are not happy with a drink will glady remake you one without sneering.
Pool is large and relaxing. Gym facilities are the best- Access to Sports Club LA.
Rooms are spacious & clean.
