“Great location”

Great business hotel in the heart of the financial district. Service was impeccable. We were pleased with the service at edge steakhouse. Joanna our server there was very polite and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best meal and wine pairing in the house. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The front desk staff were slow to respond to us standing at the desk, did not know how to check for a room upgrade, and generally didn't know the answers to random questions. The concierge was not knowledgeable about the area. Little 5 star things like doors opening automatically and servers quickly serving their guests were non-existent. One day we left our room at 9am and when we came back at 4pm, it was still unmade. We were sent a bill after our stay for unnamed charges, and so, I had to go back and forth to determine what the charges were, and then determined they were minibar charges that were not ours. There was always an overabundance of staff in the main car entrance, and out of four people you were lucky to have one look your way and offer to help. Not a four seasons experience.

it is a perfectly suitable fancy hotel, as long as you are on a business trip. I had a very nice suite, beautifull ocean view, quiet and comfortable. But, if you are up to party on the south beach vibe... well, you will be disapointed. It is a long drive to Miami Beach, and Downtown is... downtown.
Anyway, Four Seasons is always correct about everything it offers to their guests, and it is not different here. Just remember, you won't be at the beach. Last thing: concierge is greeeaaaat.

I left the room at 830 am and at 3 pm when i returned the room WAS NOT made. It is incredible that a hotel of this category has NOT the personel to make up the rooms a a DECENT HOUR.
I had to go to the front desk because the hosekeeping service answer me that they will do THEIR BEST to send somebody but not promising anything before 4 pm!!!!

Great hotel in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami. Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife and a short drive to South Beach. My suite had a great view, was nicely appointed and of course, the bed was amazing! Had drinks and small plates with a group in the bar EDGE and was quite pleased with the menu choices and presentation. YUM! The staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating, as usual. Everything about this hotel is exactly what I have come to expect from the brand.

I slept like a baby and my baby too !! The staff was very cordial allways very personal and great service a little bit expensive the room service and not so great the food . The room was very comfortable and the guys in the valet parking with great disposition .

Great hotel with incredible staff. Everyone here wants to make your stay memorable. The service is superb. The rooms are extremely clean and the view is just perfect. Took my Girlfriend here for her BIrthday and she loved it! They really took down that it was her birthday because everyone that found out who we were, wished her a happy birthday:). IN a great location with great food. Will definitely be staying here again!
