“First rate service”

It's a real Four Seasons! Room rates are quite high for Miami, but it's in a great location in the downtown area, very nice pool, great gym access, and personalized service. Stayed there 3 times already, trying to make it the fourth, but rates are too high for an extended visit at xmas. :(

Great hotel, great staff. Humongous rooms and bathrooms with lots of complimentary toiletries.
Valet parking is definitely a must.
Complimentary coffee from 5 to 8 am and a weird fruit punch the rest of the morning.
If I could point one bad thing, is the fact that you must go to the 7th floor in one elevator and walk through the hotel lobby to take a second elevator to your room.
Downtown can be a little noisy at nights, but you are always so high up, no noise can be heard.
All and all, a great place to stay.

We were in Miami, visiting our daughter who lives on Brickell avenue. We wanted a hotel in that area. We were torn between the Four Seasons and another property (which I will not mention)that was highly recommended to us. Finally we chose the later and immediately after checking in, I was on the phone with the Four Seasons, hoping that they could reinstate my cancelled reservation! Fortunately Nancy, the extremely efficient guest service agent, was able to take care of that for me! At 9 am the next morning we arrived to the Four Seasons. What a difference from the other hotel!
Besides the lovely, well appointed rooms, incredible fitness center and lush pool area this establishment is all about professional service. They want their guests to be pleased and they go out of their way to make sure that happens!
My only request for next time is that coffee makers(preferably Nespresso) adorn each guest room!
I would like to mention a few names of very helpful and kind people. Jorge in valet parking, Nancy at the pool, Nancy in reservations/front office, Daria Rapp (impeccable guest relations)
and Laura Lopez in housekeeping.

Room Tip: A high floor with a view of the bay!

Spent five nights at this lovely hotel on Brickell. The swimming pool is amazing and best part it is open 24 hours. All the staff were wonderful, and specially room service staff who even produced delicious green shakes to our specifications with breakfast. One of the staff Isabella was amazing and really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Restaurant was very good too.

Room Tip: Try and get a bayview room, lovely!

Beautiful hotel located in the downtown area, nice tall building. Modern comfortable and clean rooms, great bathrooms, delicious food and they also have a nice pool so we didn't miss the beach. Great service as usual, the Four Seasons always delivers, this time they had the crib for our baby set up in our bedroom and they gave us a toy and baby products that were amazing and came in handy.

Room Tip: Excellent florida resident or weekend rates

Great stay at the Four Seasons. Enjoyed both Spa Month and Miami Spice (specials at 200+ restaurants). Love the access to the Sports Club/LA in the building. So convenient and nice. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants...including short walk (or People Mover ride) to Mary Brickell Village. Staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. Will return!!

The Four Seasons Hotel is situated in downtown Miami. This is convenient for the financial district and traffic is not a problem if you wish to get onto the road to Key West with a fair amount of ease. Note that it is not convenient if wanting to go to the Miami Beach area a lot (it’s about a half hour road trip there, traffic dependant). The hotel was spotless and the service was excellent from arrival to departure. Food at The Edge Steak & Bar on the 7th floor was really enjoyable. We dined in a private dining room there. I would recommend a bay-view room purely for the view. The rooms are large and are very comfortable (stayed in a city-view room). The window seating is a nice touch. The bathroom was marble with both a shower and bath.
