We were in Miami, visiting our daughter who lives on Brickell avenue. We wanted a hotel in that area. We were torn between the Four Seasons and another property (which I will not mention)that was highly recommended to us. Finally we chose the later and immediately after checking in, I was on the phone with the Four Seasons, hoping that they could reinstate my cancelled reservation! Fortunately Nancy, the extremely efficient guest service agent, was able to take care of that for me! At 9 am the next morning we arrived to the Four Seasons. What a difference from the other hotel!
Besides the lovely, well appointed rooms, incredible fitness center and lush pool area this establishment is all about professional service. They want their guests to be pleased and they go out of their way to make sure that happens!
My only request for next time is that coffee makers(preferably Nespresso) adorn each guest room!
