Faultless manners, service and presentation. The waterholes are expensive - $8 for barside smoothie at the pool, and $ 150 for a two course burger and fries type supper for a family four in The Edge. This is a business hotel and delivers a surgical experience.

We had a girls getaway weekend! Service was ok, rooms were nice simple, functional. We thought the pool deck was small and needed work! The location was convenient! Our stay was what one would expect from a typical Four Seasons hotel!!

The Hotel is well located at Brickell Avenue making it easy to beat traffic anywhere you go.
The Lobby is a few floors up making it inconvenient as you always have to pick up two elevators to get to your room. Valet service was OK.
I booked a suite which was comfortable but in a low floor. The bathroom positioning across the corridor to the bedroom living is interesting provided you have no guest or visitor in the living room. The bedroom and living room smelled mold. The A/C system was noisy.
Next time I will go back to the Ritz Carlton.

Room Tip: The suites are good but ask for one with low noise A/C

The Four Seasons in Miami is perfectly located in Brickel in the Financial District of Downtown. Just by foot you can explore that area full of restaurants and life. When you arrive at the Four Seasons, the guys & girls of the Bell Service and valet are already the best business card a property could have. Super friendly, always at your service. And above all, a special mention here for their "super star" Javier, who makes you feel like a friend and coming home.
After entering the first floor, wide, with some sculptures, you have to take the elevator the lobby in the 7th floor. All elevators, those to get to the lobby and the ones taking you from there to your room, are almost incredibly fast. When the door to the lobby opens, it even smells different. It is a wide space with high, very high ceilings. Checkin was a question of seconds, the night front desk man was very friendly and professional, later on during the stay even helped out getting little stuff that wasn't even his job - always proactive. He showed up with the item at our room before I even thought of going downstairs again. We had a bayview Executive Suite, i.e. living room with working desk, bathroom, bedroom. The view of the bay with the bridge to Key Biscayne and the pool is very much worth it. When the sun comes up in the morning, you can just sit in the living room recliner or sofa and watch. The bathroom is spacey and very clean, the little adjacent room with the throne could be a bit bigger, but it's alright.
Breakfast is served at their edge restaurant on the 7th floor. Good selection and I recommend the Buttermilk Pancakes. They offer either buffet or ordering from the menu and have a juice of the day freshly made. Also on that 7th floor is the pool. You can just go outside onto a huge terrace that holds two pools, one on the left for residents, one on the right for hotel visitors. In addition, there are two areas for smaller children, where they can walk in the water or you can take a nap in a hammock between palmtrees. The food at the pool is "pool-food" but really good.
The property is in great shape but what it makes it most attractive to me is the quality of service provided by the exceptional staff. Yes, you encounter the occasional grumpy waitress, but staying from Fri - Sun, that one person was the exception. Everybody else was always helpful, friendly and proactive.

Room Tip: choose a bayview room, have the buttermilk pancakes at Edge Restaurant for breakfast

This s a great hotel. The check in experience is one of the finest. The food in the restaurants is great. The pool is perfect and the health club is terrific. This is an oasis in the heart of the business center. I always look forward to returning.
