Amazingly the lobby is on the 7th floor and you must take 2 elevators to get to the street. Very little of interest or entertainment in the immediate neighborhood as you are in the middle of the financial district. We are big fans of the Four Seasons Hotels. Although, one would be wise to avoid this one. Of course the staff is great but the structural flaws are insurmountable.

Just an overnight stay in this hotel. Fine in every way although our room (2117) was possibly coming close to the point when it would be be due a refurbishment, but we had a bargain price so can't complain.

Great location on Brickell Avenue, 10 minutes drive from Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Beach and anywhere downtown.

Fine meal in their Edge Steakhouse. Quality burgers and local beer.

There was a mix up about our luggage which went astray for a short but uncomortable period. They could not have been more helpful about sorting this out. When it was eventually located April, the head of security, offered to drive and meet me halfway down to Florida Keys to hand it over after her shift finished at 11 p.m., a 4 hour round trip for her. In the event this proved unecessary but what a kind offer!

The staff tried very hard. Room is comfortable. Starting to look little tired. Only one pricey restaurant. Beautiful locaton. Pretty pool and nice workout room. Valet was excellent. Had to change elevators to get to room several times a day. No turn down service. I hate the tacky food for pay display, are we in a 2 star hotel? Staff was great.

My husband recently hosted his daughter's wedding there, and although it was affair, it was nice. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean as expected. However, this hotel is more suited for business than a social affair.
